The Netherlands: free shipping is offered with UPS / PostNL. Delivery will be approximately within 1-2 business days.
The rest of the world: Shipping is around 25 euro, depending the country you live in. You can check the shipping rates at check out. (Shipping with PostNL/ UPS/ NL Express EAX)
Delivery will be approximately 2-4 business days for EU countries.
Delivery for the rest of the world is approximately 7-20 working days.

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price (only in web purchases) or exchange the products subject to the following conditions:
Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of web purchase, together with proof of purchase. (Purchases in store must be returned within 14 days.)
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. (For jewellery, make sure you have not tried them on. For hygenic reasons we may not exchange an item that has been tried on. Make sure you have not used perfume or other products that can effect the item.)
Sale items or special offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges. (Unless it is a defective item, however we try our very best to check every item before shipping to prevent this happening. (Scratches do not count as defectives, and is usually on sale because of the scratches. )
Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes which does not happen often.
After sales and repairs can only be done by the brands itself, please contact the brand of the item with proof of purchase.)
